Ethiopia Highlights
When the option exists then the level of accommodation used on our tailormade Ethiopia journeys will be matched to your requirements. While larger towns, cities and popular tourists areas tend to have a wide array of accommodation options in all classes this isn’t always the case in remoter areas. In such places we will use the best option available but this might still be considered basic on an international scale. Hot water and private bathrooms are not guarenteed in such places. We will discuss this with you when planning your journey.

Flexibility
Most of Ethiopia is rated as safe to visit by both the UK and French authorities. However, there are some parts of the country where only essential travel is advised and other areas where they advise against all travel. The situation and geographical limits of safe and unsafe areas can and does change. We keep a constant eye on the situation before and during your journey and, if one area becomes unsafe while you are on the ground, then we will re-route you to ensure your safety. For insurance reasons we cannot offer tours to areas where the advise is against all travel.
