Bhutan

The Last Buddhist Kingdom

Tucked away among the green folds of the eastern Himalaya, Bhutan is Asia at it’s most spiritual. This is a land where saints battled demons, statues can fly of their own accord, national parks are created to protect the home of yetis, vision seekers can travel to the underworld, sacred texts are hidden behind waterfalls and, even today, people spend years on end meditating in remote mountain caves. But, not just is Bhutan a culturally and spiritually fascinating place, but it’s also a world leader in sustainable living, the worlds only carbon negative country and an inspiration to us all.

We have been travelling in Bhutan for years and in the process have travelled east to west, north to south across every corner of the country and this hands on experience has allowed us to create some truly unique journeys.
